Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.)
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all orders via RM tracked 48 and your shipping charges are calculated based on the rate at the time of placing your order. 
• We only deliver to addresses within the UK. If you have placed your order with an address that is not covered under the local rates, we will contact you with the option to change your address, pay the additional fee or refund your order. 
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially at busy times such as Chrsitmas. We cannot control how long RM take to deliver your item. If you do not receive your order within 15 days, then please email us at info@motherofmerch.co.uk

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Mother of Merch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
